Policy
There are no refunds on change of mind Sales as your orders are made personally for you.
In the unlikely event your purchase is received damaged or faulty, please contact me along with photos of the damaged products, as soon as received.
Refunds or replacement will be offered if an item is defective or broken, but only after contacting me and discussing the outcome.
Dispatch time frame:
I hand make all your orders as they come in & aim to have orders sent out as quickly as I can but sometimes can be within 7 - 14 business days, depending on how many orders I have at a time. Please feel free to contact me fir your time frame or if your order is urgent.
Postage:
All orders sent via Australia Post, standard postage with tracking & capped at $12 per order.
